The Team

A native and resident of Portland, Oregon, Ron's passion is to see his clients become extraordinarily successful in fundraising.  His career includes leadership in some of America’s largest international faith-based organizations along with consulting a wide variety of ministry organizations from domestic and foreign missions, youth organizations, camps, and international relief and development organizations.

Ron enjoys spending his time with clients on a personal basis to create management, marketing and fundraising solutions.  His passion is to see organizations and team members grow into their full potential and make a difference in the world.  His clients also look to him for counsel on vision and mission, ministry growth strategies, direct marketing and branding.

Ron’s unique Fundraising Leader Executive Coaching program is designed to help ministry leaders become personally successful at fundraising.

He has been a speaker and trainer at several national training conferences and his one-day “Raise More Money Now” seminars have helped more than 400 non-profit organizations nationwide. His use of personal assessment tools helps his clients improve both individual performance and team effectiveness.

Ron’s related volunteer experience includes service on the board of Portland Christian Schools. Ron lives in Happy Valley, Oregon with his wife, Suzanne and their three children.
